The Foundation
History and Mission Statement
The Marjorie Kreilick Legacy Foundation Inc. was established in 2020 by the Estate of Marjorie Kreilick (1925-2023) to support the long-term reputation of Ms. Kreilick’s artworks and professional career, and to help preserve her public artworks for continued public viewing.
The Foundation realizes its goals through:
- Making known Kreilick’s educational career, art collection, and archives as resources for exhibitions, educational instruction, symposia, and scholarly study
- Placing the artist’s work in museum collections, archives, and educational holdings
- Creation of a Catalogue Raisonné
- Offer educational talks and presentations on Ms. Kreilick and her works
- Providing accurate historical content for exhibitions, publications, and special projects
- Architectural preservation activities and documentation of the artist’s public works
